Sorry, you cannot get your Las Vegas marriage certificate in the same day. The County Recorder requires at least one overnight to process your marriage paperwork. If you're still in Las Vegas, we may be able to arrange in-person pickup at Vegas Weddings with overnight turnaround during the business week—but generally, 2 business days is the fastest (not including shipping time).
Your officiant has up to 10 business days to submit your marriage license. But when you order your expedited certificate with us, we hand-deliver your paperwork to the Recorder’s Office, pick it up the following business day and immediately send it out via USPS Priority Mail.
If you're not in a rush, you can also order directly from the County Clerk—but be prepared to wait about 3 weeks.
