How Far in Advance Should You Book a Wedding in Vegas?

Most couples book their Vegas wedding about 3 months in advance—plenty of time to get everything set without the stress, especially since our all-in-one packages make planning a breeze. That said, 2–3 weeks ahead works just fine for most ceremonies—unless you’re planning a reception. In that case, we recommend booking 3–12 months ahead so your guests have time to grab a sparkly outfit, hop a flight, and hit the slots before your big day.

But hey—this is Vegas. We’re built for spontaneity. We welcome last-minute weddings, same-day weddings, and even walk-ins. Just know that special dates (like 5/5, 7/7 or holidays) and Saturdays fill up fast.

If you book ahead—even just a few days—you’ll not only lock in your dream time and date, but you’ll also get to maximize the value of your package. Things like limousine service (included in most packages) don't get utilized when you just walk in. So if you want the full VIP treatment, planning ahead pays off.
